Infrastructure and energy sector

The energy sector and infrastructure are the basics of any economy of the world. These sectors require significant and regular investors both from governments and local and foreign investors.

Belarus is known among countries of Eastern Europe for its increased focus on roads quality, development of public services providers and public facilities. Most of the conducted investments in the sector are allocated by the state and state financial institutions. The main trend of recent years in Belarus is a growing interest in attracting private capital and debt financing in order to implement projects, by means of public-private partnerships as well.

UNITER Investment company advised a number of major projects of the segment in Belarus. We are ready to apply our experience to the new projects.
